Whether you’re a total beginner or deep in your Pilates era, this strength-based mat class is layered to meet you exactly where you're at. Expect thoughtful progressions, full-body movement, and a rhythm that keeps you challenged but supported.

You'll move through bodyweight-based exercises with intention, all set to a curated playlist that boosts your mood and clears the mental clutter. We’ll finish with a slow, grounding cool down to leave you feeling calm, centered, and proud of what your body just did.

Mums & Bubs Mat Pilates

Move gently, breathe deeply, and reconnect—with baby in tow. This 45-minute strength-based mat Pilates class is designed for mums in the thick of it—where baby snuggles are still frequent, sleep is unpredictable, and you’re craving time to reconnect with your body without having to leave your little one behind.

Bring your baby (in arms, carriers or capsules—whatever works for you), roll out your mat, and move through a feel-good sequence that focuses on rebuilding strength, releasing tension, and supporting your postnatal body.
We’ll start with a gentle warm-up, flow through bodyweight exercises that build real strength, and end with a grounding cool down—all set to vibey tunes that soothe your nervous system and lift your spirits.
