This is a gentle, supportive space to reconnect with your core, pelvic floor, and strength after birth.
You will be guided through thoughtful movement designed specifically for the postpartum body, with time to ask questions and move at your own pace.

Beginner’s Pilates Course
A structured 5-week class series that takes place in a welcoming Pilates class environment, alongside other beginners designed to help you feel familiar with the movements and confident on the mat.

This course focuses on strong foundations, not rushing or keeping up.
You will learn the essentials of Mat Pilates including posture, alignment, core connection, breath, and controlled movement.
Each class is intentionally paced and thoughtfully taught so you can move with confidence and clarity.
