Welcome to Epoch.
A place for every season of life

We believe in the quiet strength and power of women as they move through the many chapters of life. We created this space to honour those shifts.

Here, you’re not expected to be the same every day. You are invited to arrive exactly as you are, whether you’re seeking strength, grounding, connection, or simply space to breathe.

Our approach to Pilates is centred on mindful movement, thoughtful teaching, and a deep respect for the female body in all its stages.

Each session is designed to reconnect you with your body, your breath, and your inner rhythm, helping you feel supported, seen, and strong from the inside out. This is more than just a workout, It's a homecoming to yourself.

Meet Bianka

I loved the quiet power of Pilates, but the polished, perfect image of the industry didn’t reflect my reality. I wanted something more grounded, real and an environment that felt welcoming.

Epoch was born from that need: no pressure, no perfection. Just 45 minutes to move, feel supported, and rediscover your strength in a community of women doing life their own way.

Hi, I’m Bianka. My own Pilates journey began when I felt lost in motherhood, craving more than a workout. I needed to feel strong again, physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Like many women, I’d put myself last and felt disconnected from my body after pregnancy.
