Our story

Hi, I’m Bianka. My Pilates journey began when I was in the depths of Matresence, and wanted to feel like my old self. I wanted something that was just for me. I loved the quiet power of Pilates, but the polished, perfect image of the industry didn’t reflect my reality.

I wanted to feel welcomed, comfortable, without worrying about how I looked.
Epoch was born from that need: no pressure, no perfection.

Just 45 minutes to move, feel supported, and rediscover your strength in a community of women doing life their own way.

Pilates with flow and ease. Move seamlessly through each exercise while building core strength, control, and alignment. A calming, almost meditative class that leaves you feeling centered, clear, and ready for the day.

Epoch Motion

Feel long, strong, and centered. Motion focuses on building deep core strength while improving flexibility, balance, and posture.

Stretch + Soothe

Set to calming music and dimmed lighting, this 45-minute session combines gentle stretching, breathwork, and Pilates principles to help restore both body and mind.

Mums + Minis

Made for the postpartum body and with bubs in tow, our Mums + minis are the perfect opportunity to reset and realign as you build your strength with your little one alongside you.
