Epoch Strong
Your go-to class for building strength and moving with purpose. Expect full-body exercises that improve strength, stability, and control, with progressions to suit all levels.
Epoch Flow
Pilates with flow and ease. Move seamlessly through each exercise while building core strength, control, and alignment. A calming, almost meditative class that leaves you feeling centered, clear, and ready for the day.
Epoch Motion
Feel long, strong, and centered. Motion focuses on building deep core strength while improving flexibility, balance, and posture.
Stretch + Soothe
Set to calming music and dimmed lighting, this 45-minute session combines gentle stretching, breathwork, and Pilates principles to help restore both body and mind.
Mums + Minis
Made for the postpartum body and with bubs in tow, our Mums + minis are the perfect opportunity to reset and realign as you build your strength with your little one alongside you.
Our storyHi, I’m Bianka. My Pilates journey began when I was in the depths of Matresence, and wanted to feel like my old self. I wanted something that was just for me. I loved the quiet power of Pilates, but the polished, perfect image of the industry didn’t reflect my reality.
I wanted to feel welcomed, comfortable, without worrying about how I looked.
Epoch was born from that need: no pressure, no perfection.
Just 45 minutes to move, feel supported, and rediscover your strength in a community of women doing life their own way.

We LOVE beginner’s and feel a great responsibility to give you an awesome first class. Our classes are taught in layers so you’ll be provided with options that challenge you and meet you where your fitness level is at.

YES! YES! YES! We are very passionate about teaching pregnant women as we know the benefits of Pilates for the body during pregnancy, labour and postpartum recovery.
You’ll be given safe and fun variations by your instructor - just let them know before class. -
You can book via our website or download the Momence app to book classes with ease.

After hours and on weekends you can park at the neighbouring businesses.
There’s plenty of parking on Port Hacking rd and on Kiama st.

Congratulations! And yes — Pilates is a beautiful way to rebuild strength, improve stability, and gently reconnect with your body after baby. Our instructors are trained in pre and postnatal care and will tailor your workout to suit your needs. We do recommend checking in with your women’s health physio and getting the all-clear from your doctor before joining us in studio.
Bring your bub to Mums + minis. -
You can park your pram inside the building, although we have a staircase to get to the studio. Baby carriers welcome.

Our mums and minis are designed for the postpartum body. Being a mum myself with a 3 year old and 5 month old, I totally understand where you’re coming from in terms of rebuilding strength and worrying about bringing our little unpredictable friends to class.
So!
- We keep our class sizes nice and intimate with about 5 mums with little ones per class
- every class has layers where you can progress or pull back based on how strong you’re feeling
- We encourage you to let go of expectations for your self and your baby (it will bring an instant sense of relief)
- our classes are designed to work with holding your baby if they need a cuddle and you want to keep moving
Our mums + minis are every Tuesday and Thursday 10:30am.
